Obituary

Westelle St. Clair Wiseman age 90 of Murfreesboro, died December 27, 2015 at Bethany Health and Rehab Center. She was a native of Murfreesboro and was the daughter of the late Fred D. and Belle Hibbett St. Clair. She was also preceded in death by her husband Donald Miller Wiseman who died in 1992.

Funeral service will be 11:00am Thursday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. Robert Hicks will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour before funeral services at Woodfin Memorial Chapel.

Mrs. Wiseman is survived by her daughter Patricia Munro and her husband Jim of Franklin, one brother Fred D. St. Clair, Jr. and a sister Ouida St. Clair Richardson both of Dunlap.

Mrs. Wiseman was a member of North Boulevard Church of Christ. While attending high school, she skipped two grades thus entering David Lipscomb at the age of 16. During World War II, she went to Michigan to work on airplanes for the war effort. On returning, she went to MTSU to finish her education. While there she took the Aviation program and attained her private pilot license. In later years she became one of the first women real estate brokers in Murfreesboro.

A gathering of family and friends will be at the home of Marimae and Geroge White, 506 East Main Street, Murfreesboro, TN 37130 after the services.
