Thomas Earl Richards, age 59, a life-long resident of Murfreesboro, TN went home February 5, 2016.  Born November 19, 1956, he was the son of the late G. Earl and Joyce Murdock Richards.  A 1974 graduate of Riverdale, he attended the University of Tennessee and earned a degree from O'More School of Design.  Earl was a member and Sunday School teacher at Belle Aire Baptist Church and was also a BSF leader.  He is survived by his wife, Deborah Moore Richards, daughter and son-in-law Meg and Thomas Ingram of Knoxville, son Evan Richards of San Francisco, grandson Thomas Everett Ingram, brother and niece John and Lilla Richards, and a host of extended family and friends.  Working for Dale, Inc. and Marvin Windows allowed Earl to use his design expertise and practical skills to give his customers high quality craftsmanship in their homes. God blessed Earl with a full life. He loved tennis, photography, music, the great outdoors, a good design, a good laugh, a good project; and he especially loved his family and friends.  Pallbearers are Evan Richards, Thomas Ingram, John Richards, Tim Woodruff, John Florida, Jeff Klein, and Walter Chitwood.  Visitation is Tuesday from 4 to 8 pm at Woodfin Memorial Chapel.  The service is Wednesday at 2 pm with interment at Evergreen Cemetery following the service.
