Ms. Robbie Carter, age 49 of Murfreesboro, passed away Thursday, May 4, 2017 at her home. She is the daughter of Morris and Lynda Beachboard Carter of La Vergne.

Visitaiton will be 4PM-6PM, Sunday, May 7, 2017 at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna. Funeral Service for Ms. Carter will be 11AM, Monday, May 8, 2017 also at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna. Burial to follow at Mapleview Cemetery.

Ms. Carter is also survived by her soulmate, John Shultz of Murfreesboro; a sister, Karen Clark and her husband Eric of Smyrna; a step-daughter, Neely Shultz; a grandson, Hayden Collier; mother-in-law, Sandy Shultz of La Vergne; many nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly; and Lucy and Layla, her much loved dogs.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Penny King and her father-in-law, Charlie Shultz.

Ms. Carter was a devout Christian. She worked as an Inventory Control Analysis with Carrier Corporation. She obtained her bachelor's from the University of Phoenix and was a 1986 graduate of Smyrna High School.

The family has requested that memorials be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, Tennessee, in memory of Ms. Carter.
