Richard Allen Graves, age 49, passed away Saturday, October 22, 2016. Formerly of Scottsville, KY, he is the husband of Brenda Threet Graves and the son of Loretta Rosemarie Jennings the late Willard Neal Graves.

Visitation for Mr. Graves will be Wednesday, October 26, 2016 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Woodfin Memorial Chapel in Murfreesboro.

Richard was a Desert Storm Verteran who served as a Combat Engineer in the Army Reserves assigned to the 401st Military Police Company from 1986-1992.

He is also survived by two sisters, Ruth Kjosa and her husband Ryan of La Vergne and Denise Creasy and her husband Ronnie of Jacksonville, FL; three brothers, Gary Neal Graves of Franklin, KY, Robert Graves and his wife Danielle of Mt. Juliet, and Michael Graves and his wife Barbara of Lafayette, TN, and a step-son, Robert Austin Knox of Murfreesboro.

The family has requested that memorials be made to American Cancer Society in memory of Mr. Graves.
