Patricia June Morgan Walkup , age 85 of Beech Grove, TN, passed away Saturday November 10, 2018. A native of Rutherford County, she was the daughter of the late John Thompson and Regina Wiggs Morgan. Mrs. Walkup was also preceded in death by a daughter, Tina Gail Walkup and a brother, William M. Morgan.

Mrs. Walkup is survived by her husband of 66 years, William W. "Billy" Walkup; son, Danny Walkup and his wife Della of Beech Grove, TN; brother, John D. Morgan and his wife Judy of Christiana, TN; sister, Mary Jane Hollis of Murfreesboro, TN; granddaughter, Kristen Swan and her husband Joe of Terre Haute, IN; great-grandchildren, Corey, Hunter, and Lexi Swan, and Michael Roy Muncie; and great-great-granddaughter, Jayda Muncie .

Visitation will be held Tuesday from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. Funeral service will be 11:00 AM Wednesday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel with Elder Stephen Brooks officiating. Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens with family and friends serving as pallbearers.

Mrs. Walkup was a member of the Baptist Church and retired from General Electric in Murfreesboro, TN.
