Patricia Joan Maxwell, age 81, passed away Thursday, June 23, 2016. Born in Clinton, IL, she is the daughter of the late Raymond and Evelyn Comer.

Mrs. Maxwell is survived by her husband, Robert L. Maxwell of Murfreesboro; one son, Robert Doug Maxwell and his wife Leilani of Clinton, IL; two daughters, Kathy Fought of Sarasota, FL and Julie Young and her husband Johnny of Murfreesboro; one brother, Thomas Comer and his wife Linda of Mattoon, IL; four sisters, Carol Sue Colbert, Sandra Zeigler, Nancy Roseman and her husband Ted, and Pamela Lane all of Clinton IL, eight grandchildren, and nine great grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by her brother, Donald Comer.

A memorial service for Mrs. Maxwell will be 6:00 PM Monday, June 27, 2016 at Redemption Baptist Church, 4110 Midland Rd, Christiana, TN 37037 .  There will be a visitation two hours before the service starting at 4:00 PM and lasting till the time of service.

The family has requested that donations be made to Redemption Baptist Church in honor of Mrs. Maxwell.
