James Henry "Jim" Shaw IV , age 41 of Murfreesboro, TN, passed away Tuesday December 18, 2018.

Jim is survived by his mother, Jeanie Shaw of Murfreesboro, TN, and father, Hank Shaw of Cartersville, GA; children, Ava and Jase Shaw both of Franklin, TN; mother of his children, Lauren Shaw of Franklin, TN; brothers, Josh Shaw of Cartersville, GA, and Johnathan Shaw and his wife Jessica of Statesboro, GA; one nephew and one niece.

Visitation will be from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM Saturday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. A Celebration of Life will be 6:00 PM Saturday following the visitation. Pastor Trey Carey will officiate.

Jim was a member of Sam Jones Methodist church in Cartersville, GA.
