Jacob Garrette Haynes, age 31 of Murfreesboro, passed away Saturday, August 26, 2017. He is the son of David and Tammie Jacobs Haynes.

A memorial service will be at 6:30 PM Thursday, August 31, 2017 with a visitation to begin at 4PM and go until the time of service all at North Boulevard Church of Christ. Bro. Tony Holt will officiate.

Garrette is also survived by his daughter, Alicia Marie Haynes of Kingsport; his brother, Brandon Haynes of Murfreesboro; his sister, April Gaertner of Ontonagon, MI; and his grandmother, Peggy Jacobs of McMinnville.

Garrette was preceded in death by three grandparents, Ben Alexander and Edith Elise Haynes, and Thomas Vernon Jacobs, Jr.

The family has requested that donations be made to a fund set up by Journey Pure through any First Bank.
