Carolyn Ann Grimes age 77 of Smyrna, passed away January 8, 2016. Born July 13, 1938 in Holdenville, Oklahoma she was the daughter of the late Thurman and Nellie Barrett Commander.

Mrs. Grimes is survived by her husband of 58 years; Thomas Grimes, daughters; Carolyn Blake and her husband Robert of Klum, Texas, Lea Outen of Piedmont, South Carolina, Ella Irvin and her husband Jerry of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Laura Morgan and her husband Lonnie of Columbia, six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
