Barbara Ann Ames Brandon of Murfreesboro died Monday, February 29, 2016. She was born in Dover Foxcroft, ME, and the daughter of the late Omar and Florence Ames.

Funeral Services will be 12 PM, Thursday, March 3, 2016 at Woodfin Memorial Chapel Brother Dan Reed will officiate. Burial will be at Roselawn Memorial Gardens

Mrs. Brandon is survived by her husband, Ernest Brandon, Jr., three daughters, Linda and her husband Lenny Wisniewski from Denver, NC, Brenda Hodge from Christiana, TN and Kerri Cawthorn and her husband Steve from Murfreesboro, TN, two sons, Mark and his wife Tywan Brandon from Lewisville, NC and Gary and his wife Molly Brandon from Unionville, TN, two brothers, Norman and his wife Jeannine Ames from Milo, ME and Brian Ames from Solon, ME, 12 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM Wednesday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. Pallbearers will be Kyle and Cody Brandon, Jason and Ryan Rhodes, and Matthew and Zachary Hodge. Honorary pallbearers will be Josh and Derek Brandon, and Timothy and Andrew Monday.
