Obituary

Arturo Salas, age 73 of Smyrna, passed away Thursday, February 9, 2017. He is the husband of Lillian Salas and the son of the late Francisco and Teofila Villagran Salas. Funeral mass will be held at 11:00 AM, Thursday, February 16, 2017, at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church with Father Nick officiating. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Artie, Ethan, and Jakob Salas, and Troy and Sammy Cowan will servce as pallbearers. Mr. Salas is also survived by two sons, Artie Salas, Jr. and Ryan Salas of Smyrna; three daughters, Cecilia Cowan and her husband Troy of Franklin, KY, Lilly Ann Grannis and her husband Jerry of California, Paula Salas of Smyrna, and seven grandchildren.
