Retta Sue Barrett, age 76, of Murfreesboro passed away on Wednesday, March 21, 2018. She was born in Davidson County to the late William Alfred and Annie Mae Moore Bowen, Sr.

Funeral service will be 1:00pm Sunday at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna. Burial will follow in O'Brien Cemetery, Christiana, TN.

She is survived by her husband, Billy Barrett, daughters, Shannon and Mechelle, sons, Shanne and Shawnn, daughters-in-law, Paola and Michelle, grandchildren, Ashley and Jon Blackburn, Torie and Jay McMahon, Jadon and Sergio Puebla, Eli, Grace, Sebastian, Isabella, Alex, Laken, Joey, Tori, Zander and Xavier, great grandchildren, Stella and Natalia, sisters, Jackie, Linda, Joyce and Joy, brother, J.D. and sister-in-law, Marveline.

Mrs. Barrett was a retired Psychiatric Nursing Technician.
