Obituary

Willie Pearl Judy Norris Caffey, 98, our Mother and Nannie went home to be with the Lord Wednesday, November 16, 2011 at Boulevard Terrace. Mrs. Caffey is the daughter of the late Charles Henry and Mary Adelaide Christopher Norris. She is also preceded in death by her husband Edward Carmack Caffey; brothers Charles H. Buddy Norris and Roy Norris; and a sister Annie Margaret Norris Cantrell. Funeral Service will be 10:00 AM Saturday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. Grandson Michael Reed will officiate. Burial will follow at Coleman Cemetery. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers; Honorary pallbearers will be children-in-law Dorris Wallace, Danny Rollins, David Jenkins, Judy Caffey, Janet Caffey and Diane Caffey. Mrs. Caffey is survived by her children Peggy Weeks, Dorothy Tuck Ferguson, Barbara (Dorris) Wallace, Charlie (Judy) Caffey, Edward (Janet) Caffey all of Murfreesboro, Margaret (David) Reed-Jenkins of Clarksville, Pam (Danny) Rollins of Readyville, and Gary (Diane) Caffey of Murfreesboro; brother Thomas Riggs Pete (Dot) Norris of Murfreesboro; 22 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; and 14 great-great grandchildren. Mrs. Caffey was a member of Grace Baptist Church. Visitation will be 4:00 " 8:00 PM Friday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. Memorials may be made to the Activities department at Boulevard Terrace in memory of Mrs. Caffey. Nanny Caffeys family would like to express our deepest gratitude for the many acts of kindness and loving care shown to our mother during her stay at Boulevard Terrace. May God truly bless you.
