William Allan Price, age 63 of LaVergne died Wednesday. He was a native of Ohio and was preceded in death by his mother, Ruth Newland Price. Mr. Price was a veteran of the Vietnam Conflict serving in the United States Marine Corps and was retired from the United States Postal Service. Mr. Price gave the Gift of Life by donation of his organs. He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Jamie Price; children, Dawn Marie Kennedy and husband Roy of South Carolina, Amanda Katelyn Price, and Lindsay Elizabeth Price both of LaVergne; grandchildren, Taylor Nikol Kennedy, Autumn Rai Kennedy, Xevia Lei Kennedy all of South Carolina, and Emma Leigh Piercey of LaVergne; father, Leonidas Hamilton Price, Jr. of Florida; sisters, Cheryl Myers of Florida, and Linda Kyees of Arkansas.
