William Martin Jennings, age 86, of Murfreesboro, died March 18, 2014 at home. He was a native of Limestone County, AL, and son of the late Jesse Martin and Elizabeth Warren Jennnings. Graveside services will be Friday at 2:00 PM at Middle Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery in Pegram, TN. Visitation will be Friday from 10:00AM until 12:00PM at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. Mr. Jennings is survived by his wife Louise C. Jennings; children, William Steve (Shonnie) Jennings, Alpharetta, GA, Cynthia Denise Jennings, Kennasaw, GA, and Brian Neil Jennings, Murfreesboro; a brother, Louis Ray Jennings, Huntsville, AL; 5 grandchildren and one great granddaughter. Mr. Jennings was an Army veteran having served in the Korean War and a member of North Boulevard Church of Christ. He was a retired counselor at the Alvin C.York VA Hospital.
