WILLIAM D. HALL age 92 of Murfreesboro, TN. died Thursday May 5, 2011. A native of Lascassas, TN, he was the son of the late W. D. and Nota Mae Givens Hall. Mr. Hall is survived by his wife of 61 years, Imogene Fitts Hall; son and daughter in law, William Alan and Linda Hall of Lascassas, TN; daughters and sons in law, Carole and Bob Willis of Hillsboro, TN, Marsha and Dick Lynch of Marion, IA, Claudia and Sammy Duke of Franklin, TN; nine grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Saturday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel with Dr. Eugene Cotey officiating. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery with military honors. Family will serve as pallbearers. Mr. Hall was a member of First Baptist Church and retired from the U. S. Postal Service. He was a U. S. Army veteran having served in WW II. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First Baptist Church, 200 East Main Street, Murfreesboro, TN 37130 in memory of Mr. Hall.
