William Eugene "Gene" Greer, age 66 of Lascassas, died Wednesday, September 27, 2017. He was a native of Hilham, Tennessee and raised in Lebanon, a son of the late Elvin and Ella Ogletree Greer. He was also preceded in death by a son, Michael Kevin Greer and a brother, Clois Greer.

Survivors include his wife, Brenda Alsup Greer; a son, Kelly Wayne Greer and wife Billie of Lascassas; grandchildren, Katie Blackmer and husband Benjamin, Gabrielle, Nicholas, and Jordan Greer; great grandchildren, Gracelyn, Kaylynn, Colston, and Hunter; several nieces, nephews, and other loving family.

Mr. Greer was a member of Berea Church of Christ and owned Greer's Auto in Lascassas.

Graveside services will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday, October 8, 2017 at Milton Cemetery with Bro. Chad Harrison officiating.
