William D. Ferrell, Jr. age 60 of Brentwood died Wednesday February 10, 2016. He was born in Sheffield Alabama and had lived in Murfreesboro. He was a graduate of the University of Tennessee and MTSU. Mr. Ferrell was a computer system analyst, and a member of Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd of Brentwood.

He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Carol Vaught Ferrell; mother, Ann Beard Ferrell; sister, Cynthia Ann Ferrell; nephew, Benjamin D. VanHoesen; nieces; Megan Kiraly DeWitt, Emily Kiraly Krause; sister-in-law, Lynda Vaught and husband Ray Tesh. Mr. Ferrell was preceded in death by his father William D. Ferrell, Sr.

Celebration of Mr. Ferrell life will be 4:00PM Saturday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. Visitation will be after 2:00PM Saturday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. A private burial will be at Evergreen Cemetery at a later date.
