William Edward Bill Watts, age 75, of Smyrna died Monday, October 03, 2011. He was born on January 29, 1936 in McMinnville, TN to the late William Hooper and Ollie Mae Gribble Watts. He was also preceded in death by two infant sisters. Graveside service will be 11:00am Wednesday at Mapleview Cemetery. Rob Hunter Dunbar will officiate. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. He is survived by his wife, Jane Watts, daughter, Lois Boles, grandchildren, Samantha and Cody Boles, all of Smyrna, sister, Doris Ann (William) LaPoint of NY, and brother, Gordon Dean (Theresa) Watts of McMinnville. Mr. Watts served his country in the US Navy aboard the USS Douglas A. Munro DE-422. He retired from Arnold Air Force Base in Tullahoma as an electrician in December of 1999.
