William "Bill" W. Dotson age 73 of LaVergne passed away Sunday August 24, 2014. A native of Davidson County, he was the son of the late Leslie James and Mary Margaret Stratton Dotson. He is also preceded in death by a brother; James Dotson. Mr. Dotson is survived by his children; daughter; Roxanna Dotson of Donelson, sons; Jeff Dotson of McMinnville, James Dotson and his wife Olivia of Portland, 2 grandchildren; Eric Wolfenbarger,Heidi Wolfenbarger, and 4 great-grandchildren; Gage Sweatt, Erica Wolfenbager, Autum Wolfenbarger, and Elijah Wolfenbarger. He is also survived by 3 brothers; Paul Dotson of Manchester, Bobby Dotson and his wife Shirley of Nashville, Eugene Dotson of Woodbury, 3 sisters; Wanda Holland and her husband David, Wilma Perry and her husband Phillip all of Murfreesboro, and Shirley McCoy and her husband Carl of Manchester. Mr. Dotson worked for Crescent Electric Supply. Visitation will be Saturday September 6, 2014 from 9:00am until time of service at 11:00am at Woodfin Chapel Smyrna.
