William "Bill" Clemens , age 65 of Murfreesboro, TN, received his angel wings, and gained entrance to heaven on September 22, 2016. He was born June 24, 1951 in Tamaqua, PA, to the late William and Juanita Starr Clemens.

Bill is survived by his wife, Judy Beers Clemens, she was his angel. Five children, Matt Cohen and wife Lindsey, of Clarksville, TN, Mark Cohen of Las Vegas, NV, Shannon Clemens and wife Kacie, of Murfreesboro, TN, Shawn Clemens, and Shavonne Chouinard and husband Brett all of Tamaqua, PA; sister Bethann Clemens of Murfreesboro, TN; grandchildren, Caitlin Heilman, Carrie and Caden Cohen, Tayden Bowman, Gage Mott-Macalush, Topanga Scism, Aden Acosta, Elcee, Aiden, and Fen Chouinard, Bailey, Vanessa, Autumn, Shannon, and Victoriah Clemens.

Bill moved to Murfreesboro, TN in 1995 and called this town home. He enjoyed putting up fences with his company, Clemens Fence, but his true passion was being an over the road truck driver. He spent over 30 years with Roadway, and then the last years with TravelCenters of America (TA). The only thing he loved more than driving coast to coast was his family.

Bill's sense of humor and kind heart leaves a legacy of how special he is.  He never knew a stranger. Riding his Harley, fishing, cruises, and family cookouts are what he loved. Bill even learned how to kayak, because his beloved wife taught him.

His loving laughter and kind words leaves us all with his legacy of love that we will never forget.

Funeral service will be 1:00 pm Friday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery.
