William Dean "Bill" Starbuck, age 67 of Murfreesboro went home with Jesus on Monday July 17, 2017. He was born in Los Angeles, CA and was preceded in death by his parents, Cecil and Effie Mosher Starbuck; siblings, Rodney Starbuck, Ronald Starbuck, Donald Starbuck, Joy Melvin. Mr. Starbuck attended Christian Life Church and was retired from the United States Army. He had served during the Vietnam Conflict and was awarded the Bronze Star Medal, Air Medal with Valor, Distinguished Flying Cross. Mr. Starbuck was a trained Helicopter Technician. After his career with the Army he worked as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic.

He is survived by his wife; Barbara Starbuck; children, Deanna Phillips and husband Rodney of California; Shawn Starbuck and wife Marlena of Murfreesboro; grandchildren, Levi and Seth; brother, Richard Starbuck of Colorado.
