He is survived by his mother, Trudy Weldy of Smyrna; sister, Phyllis Razo of Smyrna; niece, Michele Redding of Texas; nephews, Matt Razo of Texas, Troy Morris and Scott Morris of Ohio; all the great nieces and nephews and one great grandnephew, special family friends, Mark, Amy and Hannah Willbanks of Smyrna, and many close friends from his community.

Bill was preceded in death by his father, Leonard Morris, a brother, Butch Morris, and step-father, Frank Weldy.
