WILLA KAY NODINE, age 63 of Smyrna died March 5, 2009. She was a native of Pickett County and the daughter of the late, Roy and Sylvia Matthews Manis, and was preceded in death by a brother, Wilbur Alvis Tommy Manis. Visitation will be 4:00PM to 8:00PM Friday at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna. Funeral service will be 2:00PM Saturday at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna with Stephen Marcum officiating. Burial will follow in Mapleview Cemetery. She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Melvin Nodine; sons, Randall (Lisa) Manis of Louisville TN, and Scott (Jelaine) Nodine of Smyrna; grandchildren, Katie, Olivia and Collier Nodine; brothers, William Manis of Jamestown, Willard Manis of Hendersonville, Walter Manis of Jamestown; sisters, Wilma Faye Kleineau of Fairview, Wanda York of Fairview. Mrs. Nodine was a devoted wife and mother. She had attended LaVergne Free Will Baptist Church. Family and friends will be pallbearers.
