Wayne R. Kindness, age 69, of Murfreesboro, TN, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, March 26, 2016. A native of West York, PA, he was preceded in death by his mother, Elizabeth Russell Kindness.

Mr. Kindness is survived by his son, Wade R. Kindness and grandson, William Kindness both of Murfreesboro; he is also survived by many loving friends.

Mr. Kindness served in the United States Navy during the Korean War. He received his Bachelor's degree from MTSU in Mass Communication and was a retired Journalist and Editor. Mr. Kindness had many hobbies including, photography, writing, cooking, traveling and different eras of music. His favorite hobby was racing, and he was honored in 2015 with being inducted into the Dirt Late Model Hall of Fame.  Mr. Kindness had a personal sense of humor, and loved being a grandfather very much.

Memorials in memory of Mr. Kindness can be made to a charity of your choice.
