Mrs. Wanda Marie Lewis Messick, age 79, died November 14, 2015. She was a native of the Noah Community and daughter of the late Hobart and Willie Green Lewis. She was also preceded in death by her husband James Messick who died in 2013. Funeral services will be at 3:00pm Tuesday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. Rev. Danny Anderson will officiate. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery. Mrs. Messick is survived by two sons, Steve Messick and his wife Teresa and James Scott Messick both of Murfreesboro; one brother, Jimmy Lewis of Monteagle, TN; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Mrs. Messick was a member of the Baptist church and was a retired employee at MTSU printing department. Visitation will be from 4:00pm to 8:00pm Monday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. Family and friends will serve as pall bearers.
