WALTER C. (RED) WAGGONER, age 85, of Nashville died Jan. 27, 2009. He was born in Nashville and was the son of the late Lloyd & Ruby Felts Waggoner. He is survived by his daughter, Cheryl (Tony) Travis of Smyrna; son, Gary Waggoner of Lavergne; grandchildren, Ken Travis, Tonya Maynard, Scottie and Jason Waggoner; four great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. Funeral services 2 pm Friday at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna with Bro. Tim Alexander officiating. Visitation begins at 1 pm Friday. Burial in Mapleview Cemetery. Mr. Waggoner was married to the late Margaret Waggoner. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force and a member of the Smith Springs Church of Christ. Woodfins Smyrna 615-459-3254.
