Vung Thang, age 42 of Antioch died Saturday, January 27, 2024, at The Residence at Alive Hospice, Nashville following a brief illness. He was a native of Burma, and a son of Hoi Lung and Ngun Kyi. He was a member of Zotung Baptist Church, Antioch and had worked for Cargill Meat Solutions.

Survivors include his wife, Laura Helen Thang; three sons, Morris, Billy, and Phillip Thang; and a host of other loving family and friends.

Visitation with the family will be Friday, February 2, 2024, from 1:00 until 6:00pm at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. Funeral service will be 10:00am Saturday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel and burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
