Virginia Juanita Nipper, age 87, of Murfreesboro passed away on Tuesday, June 30, 2015. She was a native of Bedford County and the daughter of the late Red and Leathy Stanley Vaughter. Funeral service will be 10:00am Friday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. Dan Allen will officiate. Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. She is survived by her daughters, Virginia Ann Phillips and her husband L.M., Teresa Fay McClaran and her husband James, grandchildren, Jody Phillips, Marsha Carpenter, Heather McClaran, James McClaran, great grandchildren, Sam and Matthew Phillips, Kirsten and Katelyn Carpenter. Mrs. Nipper was a member of Assembly of Christ and a School Patrol Officer at Mitchell Neilson with the Murfreesboro City School System for 44 years prior to her retirement.
