Veronica Lee Burkeen Scheuers age 51 of Murfreesboro, TN, died Tuesday June 4, 2013. A native of Paducah, KY, she was the daughter of the late Cletis and Shelby Jean Radcliffe Burkeen. Mrs. Scheuers is survived by her husband of 20 years, Dave Scheuers; son, Alan Scheuers of Murfreesboro, TN; daughters, Amy Turner and her husband Dan of Smyrna, TN, Misty Sledd Vaughn and Stephanie LaSalle and her husband David all of Murfreesboro, TN; brother, Steve Burkeen of Princeton, KY; sister, Tammy Dillworth of Paducah, KY; grandchildren, Morgan and Kaysha LaSalle, Noah and Courtney Turner, and Blake Vaughn. Graveside service will be 2:00 PM Friday at Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens with family and friends serving as pallbearers. Mrs. Scheuers was of the Baptist faith and was an Assistant Manager with Dollar General. Visitation will be Friday from 10:00 AM until time of graveside service.
