VERNON McNEESE, age 72, of Lavergne, died Wednesday, July 2, 2008. He was a native of Giles County, TN and the Son of the Late Robert Malcolm McNeese. Funeral Services will be 1:30 pm Saturday at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna. Bro. Carl Scarlett will officiate. Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. He is survived by his wife of 49 years: Carolyn Jean McNeese, son and daughter-in-law: Randy and Rashea McNeese of Murfreesboro, sister: Judy Sidler of Nashville, brother: John Gatlin of Fort Myers, FL, grandchildren: Brandi Speakman, Brian and Brandon McNeese, and great grandson: John Daniel Speakman. He was preceded in death by one brother: Robert McNeese. Mr. McNeese was retired from Beaman Automotive. Pallbearers will be Mark Davidson, Steve Davidson, Randy McNeese, Brad Carroll, Jerry Wayne Davidson, and Ricky Hall.
