Mr. Huzell Thomas "Tommy" Hogan, Sr., age 72, of Arrington, TN passed away Tuesday, January 23, 2018. He was born in Sylacauga, AL to Thomas Edward Hogan and Edith Ilene Phurrough Grooms. Mr. Hogan proudly served his country in the United States Navy before working as a machinist for a number of automotive manufacturers. He enjoyed fly fishing and worked with Project Healing Waters to help wounded veterans go fly fishing.

Tommy is survived by his four children, Linda Herring and her husband David of Odessa, FL, Brenda McLaughlan and her husband Todd of Odessa, Tom Hogan, Jr. and his wife Heather of Land O Lakes, FL, and Rick Hogan and his wife Shelly of Spring Hill, FL; mother, Ilene Grooms of Arrington, TN; brother, John Grooms of Round Rock, TX; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren with one on the way; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Edward Hogan, and brother, John Hogan.

Visitation with the family will be Saturday, February 3, 2018 from 12:00noon until 1:00pm. A Celebration of Life will be Saturday, February 3, 2018 at 1:00pm at Woodfin Memorial Chapel with Military Honors.
