Thomas Donald Bayus, age 38, passed away at his home Thursday, December 5, 2019. He was preceded in death by fiancé India Spainhour and grandfather, Donald Bayus.

He is survived by his mother, Diane Snyder; father, Will Snyder; sisters, Sidney and Sami Snyder; grandparents, Dottie Snyder, Nancy and Dana Pratt; aunt, Trisha Boggs; uncles, Greg and Brad Bayus; best friends, David Reed and Chris Prather; and numerous cousins and dear friends.

Tom was born July 22, 1981 in Kettering Ohio. He later moved to Tennessee where he most recently worked in the construction business with his very good friend Jason. But most importantly it's where he met the love of his life and fiancé India, who we lost in August. They now have the joy of living together for eternity.

Tom was such an avid sports fan and especially loved Ohio State football, they even scheduled their wedding on an OSU bye week! Saturday OSU football was his favorite and any Buckeye sighting always gets a big…O-H from him.

Tom has been described in many ways, but a few are 'professional friend' and also a 'nomad'. He loved to literally walk through life, meeting new people, learning about them, and instantly becoming friends. He was a true friend to everyone he ever met and knew no strangers. Tom would help anyone who needed it, in any way he could, literally giving a shirt off his back or a place to sleep.  Tom was a genuinely loving person inside and out.

Tom is truly loved and will be greatly missed by all, everyone who knew him was blessed to have had him in their lives.
