TODD ANDREW PHELPS, SR., age 44, of Murfreesboro died Friday, November 28, 2008. He was a native of Texas City, TX and the son of Thomas Wayne and Jerry Ann Webb Phelps. Funeral services will be 10:30am Tuesday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel with Pastor Ron Kairdolf officiating. Interment will be in Evergreen Cemetery. He is survived by his wife: Ona Medrano Phelps, son: Todd Andrew Phelps, Jr., daughters: Juliana Moneaux Phelps, Alexis Marie Phelps, all of Murfreesboro, and Victoria J. Doehring of South Houston, TX, parents: Thomas and Jerry Phelps, brothers: Tommy Phelps, Trevor Phelps, sister: Terry Phelps, all of Texas City, TX, father-in-law and mother-in-law: Roberto and Estela Riveras of Lascassas, brother-in-law: Andy (Laurie) Medrano of DeRidder, LA, several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. Mr. Phelps was a driver and oil technician for Continental Oil. He was a member of Christian Life Church. Family and friends will serve as Pallbearers.
