She was a native of Lexington, KY and the daughter of the late Owen Bayse Smith, Jr. Funeral services will be 10:30 am Thursday at Kerr Brothers Funeral Home Lexington, KY. Pastor Don Watson will officiate. Burial will follow in the Bluegrass Memorial Gardens in Lexington, KY. She is survived by her husband: Bryan Wade, son: Jason Tyler Wade, daughter: Michaela Jennette Wade all of Nolensville, TN, mother: Sandra Wood Hill and brother: Adam Smith, both of Lexington, KY.
