Mr. James Timothy "Tim" Johnson, Jr., age 53, of Smyrna, TN passed away Saturday, February 10, 2024. He was born in Shelby County, TN to James Timothy Johnson, Sr. and Rikki Vannucci Johnson. Tim was a 1988 graduate of LaVergne High School. He owned Southwest Properties and worked in partnership with M&T Development.

Tim is survived by his wife, Connie Johnson; children, Richard Finley and his wife Brittany, Jessica Gondolfi and her husband Aaron, Trey Johnson, and Joshua Johnson; grandchildren, Violet, Eric, Martin, and Elijah with Barrett on the way; mother, Rikki Johnson and her husband Larry; stepmother, Kim Johnson; siblings, Brenda Vaughn, Connie Proctor, Mike Hollingshead and his wife Melissa, Billy Maynard and his wife Tonya, William Underwood, Tony Underwood and his wife Wendy, and Crystal Sizemore; and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, James Timothy Johnson, Sr.

Visitation with the family will be Tuesday, February 13, 2024 from 3:00pm until 7:00pm at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, February 14, 2024 at 2:00pm at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna.
