Thomas Joseph Waclawik, age 53, passed away, Thursday, November 21, 2013. He was a native of Maple Heights, OH. Funeral service will be 7:00pm Sunday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. Father Mark Sappenfield officiating. He is survived by his parents, Walter and Veronica J. Waclawik, sisters, Elena Duban and her husband Danny, Babette Roberts and her husband Richard, Veronica L. Waclawik, nieces, Danielle Duban, Krista Roberts. Jillian Roberts, Morgan Roberts, Godchildren, Jason and Joseph Davenport, and special friends, Randall and Karen Davenport. Tom was a Graphic Technician with Bemis Manufacturing in Shelbyville and had great passion for the sport of fishing.
