Thomas E. McClanahan, age 72 of Murfreesboro passed away on Monday, May 18, 2015. He was a native of Rutherford County and the son of the late Howard Hampton and Novella Beatrice Norris McClanahan. Visitation will be from 1:00 until 2:00pm Friday with a Memorial service at 2:00pm Friday at Grace Baptist Church with Dan Watts and Terry Wilkerson officiating. Mr. McClanahan is survived by his wife, Linda McClanahan, children, Claire (Michael) Bone, LeAnn (Missy) McClanahan, Christopher McClanahan, brother, William (Shirley) McClanahan, grandchildren, Spencer Lambert, Landon McClanahan, Reece McClanahan, Delaney Bone, and Mazie McClanahan. Mr. McClanahan was a member of Grace Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Grace Baptist Church Building Fund in his memory.
