Mr. Thomas Hall, Jr., age 96, of Eagleville, TN died Monday, January 19, 2015. Mr. Hall was a native of Moore County and was a son of the late Thomas and Merlie Johnson Hall, Sr. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Robbie Turner Hall, who died in 1996. Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Wednesday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. Rev. Jack Gilbert and Rev. Tommy Jobe will officiate. Burial will be in the Rocky Glade Cemetery. Visitation will be from 12:00 noon Wednesday until time for services at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. Mr. Hall was a member of the Rocky Glade Cumberland Presbyterian Church. He served in the Army Air Corps and was a retired teacher. He received his B.S. degree from Middle Tennessee State University and his Master's degree from Peabody University. He had taught at WR Bass School and North High School and Wright Junior High School before his retirement. There are no immediate survivors. Active pallbearers will be Shirley Craddock, Linda Gannon, Glenda Haley, Elaine Tucker, Betsy Malone, Janet Tucker, Lanny Turner, and John E. Turner. Honorary pallbearers will be Jimmy Hall, David Turner, Bobby Turner, John Shapcott, Kevin Boyce, and Kurtis Turner.
