Theresa Julia (Makatura) Graby Mrs. Terri Graby, age 73 of Murfreesboro, went to be with her Savior on Tuesday, March 17, at 12:25 p.m.,from Vanderbilt University Medical Center after a short battle with Leukemia (AML). Funeral services will be held at Franklin Road Baptist Church, Murfreesboro, TN, with Pastor Mike Norris officiating. Visitation will be Friday, March 20, at 11 a.m. at Franklin Road Baptist Church in Murfreesboro, with services to follow at 1 p.m. Burial will be at Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Memorial contributions may be made to Franklin Road Christian School at 3148 Franklin Road, Murfreesboro, TN 37128. Mrs. Graby was born in Baptistown, New Jersey, of the late Frank and Mary (Liskai) Makatura. She was married to Merlin Rex Graby for 49 1/2 years, and was the mother of four children, and grandmother of nine grandchildren. She attended Bob Jones University and was employed for 25 years at the Sword of the Lord Foundation, working in the editorial department. She was a faithful member of Franklin Road Baptist Church since 1964, and was active in the music program. Mrs. Graby was preceded in death by two sisters, Helen Szollosy and Elisabeth Makatura, and two brothers, Frank Makatura and Peter Makatura. She is survived by her husband, Rex Graby, and three siblings, Andrew Makatura, Elsie Kachmar, and Viola Doster. She also leaves behind two sons, Scott Graby and Randal Graby of Murfreesboro, and two daughters, Cindy Graby of Pensacola, FL, and Michelle Thomason of Palatka, FL, and nine grandchildren: Scott Jr., Sherri, Julia, and Christina Graby, Jeremiah, Isaiah, and Micah Thomason, and Ashley and Austin Graby.
