Terry "T. J." Van Winkle, Jr., age, 44 of LaVergne, TN, passed away Thursday, October 20, 2022. He was preceded in death by his father, Terry Van Winkle, Sr. his grandparents, Rip and Pauline Van Winkle and Billy Creasy, and uncles, Temmy Van Winkle, Michael Creasy, and J R Creasy.

T. J. is survived by his mother, Alta "Sissy" Amagliani and her husband Joe of Murfreesboro, TN; sisters, Stefanie Bone and her husband Jason of Nashville, TN, Jewell, Abigail, and Anita Amagliani all of Murfreesboro, TN; brothers, Jeremy Van Winkle of Selmer, TN and Joseph Amagliani of Murfreesboro, TN; grandmother, Alta Creasy of Smyrna, TN; longtime partner Ajia Brewer of LaVergne, TN; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM Monday and again from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM Tuesday at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna. Funeral service will be held 1:00 PM Tuesday at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna with Shannon Edwards officiating. Burial will follow in Mapleview Cemetery with family and friends serving as pallbearers.

T. J. was a self-employed small engine repairman.
