Mr. Terry Lee Husak, age 64, of Antioch, TN died Thursday, December 29, 2022 at Alive Hospice in Nashville. He was the son of the late Stephen Husak and the late Carolyn Gallops Husak.

Terry was the embodiment of the 70's free spirit and expression. He traveled across the United States in his younger years in search of new experiences. He worked in home construction and liked to tinker and figure out how things worked.

Mr. Husak is survived by aunt, Myra Yeatman of Knoxville, TN; siblings, Cindy Speer of Smyrna, TN, Ricky Husak of Antioch, Melodnee Huitson and her husband Iain of England, and David Husak and his wife Linda of Smyrna; and nieces and nephews, Christopher Husak and Samantha and Luke Husak. He is preceded in death by brother, Ronnie Husak.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
