Terri Lynn Worthem , age 54 of Smyrna, TN, passed away Tuesday September 26, 2017. A native of Houston, TX, she was the daughter of the late Eddie Lee and Evelyn Warczynski Simon.

Miss Terri is survived by her husband, Roy Eugene Worthem, Jr.; sons, Rick Girardin, Jr. of Murfreesboro, TN and Scotty Girardin of Clarksville, TN; daughters, Amanda Burgeson of Smyrna, TN and Amy McCarter of LaVergne, TN; brother, Colin Hintz and his wife Barbara of Auburn, MI; nine grandchildren; and father of her children and friend, Rick Girardin, Sr. of LaVergne, TN.

Visitation will be Friday from12:00 Noon to 7:00 PM at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna. Funeral service will be 10:00 AM Saturday at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna with Pastor Dan Parker officiating.  Entombment will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens with family and friends serving as pallbearers.

Miss Terri was the manager at the Mapco Express on Memorial Blvd. in Murfreesboro, TN.
