Teri Allen OQuinn, age 56 of Smyrna died Friday August 19, 2011. She was a native of Tuscaloosa Alabama and was the daughter of the late, Jim and Ann Hughes Allen. Mrs. OQuinn was Baptist and had worked for Tennessee Department of Human Services. She is survived by her daughters, Windi McNeeley and husband Jeff of Clarksville, Kerry Mays and husband, Bryce of Maine, and Patti Hereth of Smyrna; grandchildren, Lexi, and Kerri Walker, Shelby, Caleb, and Nathan Mays; brothers, Jerry and Carl Allen both of Cleveland; and long time friend and companion Bill Nennig of Smyrna.
