Teressa Denise Bell, age 64 of Nashville, died Sunday, July 23, 2023, at St. Thomas West. She was a native of Nashville and a daughter of the late Jack Curtis Bell and Flora Warrick Bell who survives her.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her sister, Debbie Bell of Nashville, many cousins, and a host of other loving family and friends.

Prior to her retirement in 2014, Teressa was a career educator and during her thirty-two-year career at Metro Nashville Schools, she taught twenty-five of those years at Cora Howe Elementary School.

Visitation will be at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna Tuesday, July 25, 2023, from 4:00 until 8:00pm and again Wednesday from 11:00am until the funeral services beginning at 1:00pm. Burial will follow in Mapleview Cemetery with family serving as pallbearers.
