Teresa Ann Tess Gerhart, age 48, of Lascassas, died Monday, August 6, 2012 at her home. She was a native of Franklin, N.J. Funeral service will be at 11:00 AM Friday at Central Christian Church 404 East Main Street Murfreesboro, TN 37130. Rev. Steve Odom will officiate. Visitation will be 4:00 until 8:00 PM Thursday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. Mrs. Gerhart is survived by her husband Harry R. Gerhart; son Cason Dale Gerhart of Lascassas; and daughters Sylvia Brooke Gerhart of Lascassas and Amber R. Williams of Murfreesboro; mother Wilma Van Seters Brown; brother William R. Brown, Jr.; and sister Donna Rae Donohue all of N.J.. Mrs. Gerhart was preceded in death by her father William R. Brown. She was a member of Centeral Christian Church and was a homeschool mother. She received her B.S. Degree in Business Administration from MTSU in 1988. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
