Taira Irene Baughman, age 40, of Hermitage, TN passed away Tuesday, May 21, 2013 after a courageous battle with cancer. Funeral services will be held Friday at 7:00PM at Springhouse Worship and Arts Center in Smyrna. Pastor Ronnie Meek will officiate. Taira is survived by her loving husband of 20 years, Rob Baughman; daughters, Jaclyn Baughman of Cleveland, TN and Breanna Baughman of Hermitage, TN; sons, Joshua Baughman of Hermitage, TN and Braydon Baughman of Hermitage, TN; father, Larry Johnson of Reno, NV and mother, Jackie Bates and her husband Lloyd of Mt. Juliet, TN; brother, Jarrod Johnson and his wife Lina of Hermitage, TN; and two nephews. Taira was born in Trenton, MI. She was a member of Springhouse Worship and Arts Center in Smyrna. Taira was an award winning photographer and worked throughout Davidson County. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Taira Baughman Benefit Fund at Sun Trust Bank.
