Obituary

Susan Goodwin Briggs, age 47 of Ridgeland MS and formerly of Murfreesboro. She was a native of Murfreesboro and graduate of Riverdale High School. Susan was a talented at any task and was most recent a Chef.

She is survived by her parents, Jerry and Alice Goodwin of Murfreesboro; fiancé Chris Layer of Ridgeland; sons, Jase Taylor of Mt. Juliet, and Kendell Briggs of Nashville; brother; Greg Goodwin of Christiana; niece, Bethany Goodwin, and nephew, Eric Goodwin.

Visitation will be 12Noon Monday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. Funeral service will be 2PM Monday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. Burial will follow in Coleman Cemetery. www.woodfinchapel.com
