Stanley F. Palczewski Jr, age 69, of Murfreesboro, TN, passed away Friday, August 24, 2018. A native of Washington, DC, he was the son of the late Stanley and Lucille Palczewski Sr.

Funeral services will be Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. Pastor Rodney Edwards will officiate. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery with military honors.

He is survived by his loving wife, Patricia Palczewski; son, Stanley F. Palczewski III and his wife Melissa; step-daughter, Angela Watson; grandchildren, Kate Palczewski, Evan Palczewski, Chelsey Warwick, Chasten Warwick, Danny Watson III, and Chase Payne; great-grandchildren, Avah, Aerilyn, and Ayson; sisters, Karen Smith and Cheryl Sperry; sister-in-law, Cathy Marlowe; and his faithful canine companion, Torben.

Mr. Palczewski was the owner and operator of 1st American Medical Distributors Inc. in Murfreesboro. He was a proud veteran of the United States Army and was a veteran of the Vietnam War. Stanley was loved by everyone who met him. He supported many charities and was especially fond of paying off lay-aways for needy children in the Murfreesboro community. He was known as the local Stanta Claus. Stanley was a driving force in his family and will be greatly missed by all those who knew him.

Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.

Memorials in memory of Mr. Palczewski can be made to the Nashville Rescue Mission.

Visitation will be Tuesday from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Woodfin Memorial Chapel.
