He is survived by his wife, Deborah (Debi) Chaophasy formerly of Watertown, Tn.; daughters, Carra Kaitlyn Chaophasy and Jaden Murphy Chaophasy of Murfreesboro; son Nicholas Patana Chaophasy of Murfreesboro; mother, Phongsavanh Chaophasy of Murfreesboro; brother, Sourithavon Chaophasy of Murfreesboro; father in law and mother in law, Royce & Jeanette Murphy of Watertown. Funeral services 2 pm Sunday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel with the Buddhist Monks officiating. Visitation with the family 4-9 pm Friday and 4-9 pm Saturday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel.
